European Union Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of physical goods within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.

Returned products must be sent back without undue delay and, where applicable, in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Refunds will be issued within fourteen (14) days of receiving the returned goods or proof that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Digital products that have been downloaded, accessed, or delivered electronically where the customer has consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of withdrawal rights.
• Services that have been fully performed or have begun at the customer's request before the withdrawal period expires.
• Any products exempt from withdrawal rights under applicable law.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
