Shipping policy

Shipping and Handling Policy:

Shipping and Handling will be through the USPS unless otherwise specified. Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information. Additional charges will apply to shipments mailed to an incorrect address due to erroneous information. Orders will be processed within 10 to 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after verification. Please check that all information submitted online or on your order form is complete and correct. Bingboard Consulting LLC is not liable for any lost shipments. The consumer is responsible for claiming all misplaced, lost or undelivered shipments directly with USPS.

Freight costs will be calculated and added to your subtotal at time of shipping once we have the exact shipping weight. Freight rate estimates can be calculated by visiting the USPS website, or by clicking here. Rates vary based on the gross weight of the parcel and your shipping zone.
