Shipping & Handling

Orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS) unless otherwise specified.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be re-shipped due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Orders are typically processed within ten (10) to fifteen (15) business days after payment verification, excluding weekends and holidays.

Bing Board Consulting LLC is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by USPS or other third-party carriers. Customers are responsible for filing claims directly with the carrier for lost, misplaced, or undelivered shipments.

Where applicable, freight and shipping costs will be calculated and added to the order total based on actual shipping weight and destination.

Payment Policy

All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars (USD).

• Money Order
• Other payment methods displayed at checkout

Prices are subject to change without notice due to market conditions and supplier pricing changes.

Applicable sales taxes will be charged where required by law.

Return & Refund Policy

We strive to provide quality products and services. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Physical Products

Physical products may be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery if:

• The item is unused;
• The item remains in its original condition;
• The item is returned in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, contact us with your order number and details regarding your request.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Unless the return is due to our error, damaged merchandise, or a defective product, approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to twenty percent (20%).

No returns will be accepted more than thirty (30) days after delivery.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

International Shipping Restrictions

If we are unable to legally or practically ship a product to a customer's location after an order has been placed, the order may be canceled and a refund issued. Any non-recoverable processing, shipping, or administrative costs may be deducted where permitted by applicable law.

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

If a package appears visibly damaged upon delivery, customers may refuse the shipment.

If damage or defects are discovered after opening the package, customers should contact us promptly and provide photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label where possible.

Please retain all original packaging materials until the claim has been resolved.

At our discretion, damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items may be repaired, replaced, or refunded.

Digital Products

Digital products, including but not limited to downloadable books, guides, PDFs, courses, recordings, templates, and other electronic content, are non-refundable once access, download, or delivery has been provided, except where required by applicable law.

Consultations & Service-Based Purchases

Consultations, inventory reviews, energy work, spiritual services, land-cleansing services, coaching services, and other service-based purchases are non-refundable once work has commenced.

By purchasing a service, you expressly request that service delivery begin as soon as reasonably possible following purchase.

If a cancellation request is received before any work has begun, a refund may be considered at our sole discretion.

Subscription Services

Subscription services are governed by our separate Subscription Policy.

Cancellation of future billing does not automatically entitle a customer to a refund for previously billed subscription periods.

European Union Customers

Customers located within the European Union may have additional consumer rights under applicable law, including withdrawal rights for certain purchases.

Where applicable, customers who purchase digital products or services and expressly consent to immediate performance or delivery may waive certain withdrawal rights as permitted by law.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection laws.

Privacy & Security

Bing Board Consulting LLC respects customer privacy.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect customer information.

Bing Board Consulting LLC reserves the right to refuse service where permitted by law and complies with all applicable federal, state, and anti-discrimination laws.
